» Gift certificates are available throughout the entire year and provide that special touch for the perfect moment. All gift certificates are good for six months from the date of purchase.
» All refunds are given in salon credit only.
» Any retail that has been opened and used can not be returned.
» Any Styling Utensils purchased must be kept in the box and shipped to the manufacturer if there are any defects in the product.
» Any adjustments that need to be made on any services rendered must be done within 7 days of service.
